5. Trading Bot Performance:

While UnTrade aims to provide accurate and reliable trading signals, past performance is not indicative of future results. The trading bot's performance is influenced by market conditions, volatility, and unforeseen events. UnTrade does not guarantee any specific level of profit or success.

6. Subscription and Fees:

To use UnTrade's services, you may be required to subscribe to a specific plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable. In addition to subscription fees, UnTrade charges profit commission on profitable trades. The commission is determined by the "Delta" mechanism and is only applicable once losses are fully recovered.

7. Referral Program:

Participation in UnTrade's referral program is optional. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the referral program if you choose to participate. UnTrade reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

8. API Access and Security:

To use UnTrade's trading bot, you must connect your Binance account using API keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys and for any actions taken using your API keys. UnTrade cannot withdraw funds from your account and only has trading permissions.

9. Privacy and Data Security:

UnTrade collects and processes personal and trading-related data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your information is protected using encryption and security measures, but no system is entirely secure. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with data transmission over the internet.

UnTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to its services at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
